$90,000-$115,000 with quarterly bonus
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the oil and gas sector, specifically focusing on pumps and manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including refineries and OEMs.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the oil and gas industry, steel, aluminum, carbon, pumps, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes and equipment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
