Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test embedded software for Smart TV platforms. Integrate and optimize video control and processing features across device layers. Ensure high quality and performance for diverse video streams and codecs. Develop unit and system‑level tests using BDD frameworks. Mentor and train junior engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of embedded software development experience. Expertise in C/C++ (C++17+) and Linux/RTOS‑based systems. Strong analytical, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience with video/audio processing, HAL, and BDD frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year’s experience in software engineering. Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
