Senior Manager, Marketing, LAC (Latin America & Caribbean)
develops the strategy and manages the execution of the marketing plans that help to build brand awareness and preference, drive sales, and establish Brother as the preferred brand in the target markets. The role’s focus is on the Latin America & Caribbean territories, including but not limited to Central America, Caribbean, Colombia, Ecuador, with an emphasis on long‑term penetration of customer segments in Printing, Scanning, Labeling products and Sewing/Embroidery/Cutting equipment. The role has direct reports, and works collaboratively with other internal groups such as Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR and Legal, to develop strategies and effective execution to not only achieve, but exceed sales and budget goals, drives, and maintain growth and gain critical market share. The Senior Manager demonstrates strong leadership, effective management of internal and external teams, as well as key agencies and vendors, and channel partners such as retailers, e‑Com players, resellers, and end users. Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy, Development, Execution & Reporting
Lead the annual marketing plan and budget execution Design, execute and manage marketing campaigns, promotional actions, and seasonal activities, to increase sales, brand awareness, leads, and establish Brother as the preferred brand Creative innovation: work with agencies to develop and manage creative ideas, campaigns, and promotional programs that achieve outstanding conversion and loyalty Assemble a team of external Vendors/Agencies Ensure actions are designed to achieve measurable results and ROI Develop relevant KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement Work with Finance/Credit, Sales, and Operations to effectively manage all programs’ mechanics and processing
Channel Marketing
Develop and execute a solid Retail/Reseller partner program that can serve as the framework for promotional, pricing, and other joint initiatives with each retail account Execute a comprehensive Sell‑out strategy, in collaboration with Sales, that will achieve goals in physical locations as well as in e‑Com environments Work with channel partners to expand the reach of our existing marketing efforts and co‑create actions with partners to drive demand Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to develop integrated partner programs
Strategic Marketing
Achieve a clear understanding of Customer Segments to develop positioning and value propositions Develop effective and clear messaging that generates brand awareness, preference, and differentiation Understand different customer journeys to enhance awareness to conversion and advocacy
Digital/Social Media Strategy
Develop and oversee digital and social media strategy, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and customer and teams’ engagement
Product Management
Analyze and optimize product line‑up, product life cycle, and pricing to improve competitiveness in each of the business areas and territories Lead product launch process: line‑up, certification, shipment, others working with all relevant company teams Provide product expertise & guidance and become subject matter expert; execute the training plan for internal and external partners
Reporting, Communications, and Other Administration
Develop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze performance to determine return‑on‑investment (ROI) and make recommendations for improvement Communicate activities to management on a monthly basis
Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) – MBA – Preferred

Additional Details For This Role
This role is a remote field‑based role. A fixed office schedule is not an expectation of the position. Travel is expected throughout the territory up to 25 % of the time, or an average of 3‑5 trips per quarter, dependent on business need. Base Salary
The targeted base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000 per year. Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data. Additional Compensation
This position is eligible for a 20 % bonus at 100 % of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100 % dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans. Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect. Our Benefits

This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet—equivalent to 26 football fields—and is located on Brother Boulevard.
