Your tasks
Business needs analysis and solution design based on the Salesforce platform
Configuration, optimization and development of Salesforce instances
Conducting meetings with customers, creating solution concepts, preparing and presenting demos
Participating in presales activities - supporting the sales team, preparing presentations and participating in bid meetings
Preparing and conducting trainings for end users and internal teams
Creating project documentation and supporting the implementation team in the implementation of solutions
Cooperation with developers, analysts and Project Managers at every stage of the project
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an independent Salesforce consultant role and hands‑on experience in conducting analysis, meetings, presentations and training sessions
Proficiency in at least two of the areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Ability to combine system knowledge with an understanding of business processes and customer needs
Experience in creating quotes and technical assumptions for implementation and development projects
Proactive approach to identifying problems and gaps in implementations and implementing effective solutions
High communication culture and willingness to work in a diverse project environment (clients, team, partners)
Self‑reliance, initiative, willingness to share knowledge and English language skills to communicate freely
Fluency in Polish language required
Residence in Poland required
