Goldman Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Professional with HVAC experience to join our team managing office/retail spaces and restaurants in Wynwood!

Maintenance Engineer Compensation $20 - $22 / hour, based on experience.
Essential Functions
Maintain and repair kitchen, event space, restaurant, office, rental building, and public area equipment.
Repair and service air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Follow all work order policies and procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Maintain and repair carpets, wall coverings, furniture, painted surfaces, and appliances.
Replace burned-out light bulbs and perform other minor cosmetic repairs as assigned.
Complete detailed interior and exterior cleaning tasks as needed.
Clean and treat all food and beverage floor drains with enzymes weekly.
Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels in automatic mechanical systems.
Maintain electrical carts and ensure proper storage and inventory of all supplies.
Repair irrigation and sprinkler systems; remove and install water heaters as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance whenever possible.
Immediately report unsafe conditions and attend all mandatory meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, including cross‑training.
Requirements
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
2–5 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC
Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and wallpaper
Experience with preventive maintenance preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
