Role Summary:
Support Corporate Functions Finance by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned cost centers. Work closely with business partners to ensure accurate financial results and provide analytical support.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cost center managers and Finance Business Partners to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Document assumptions and enter budgets and forecasts in SAP and Hyperion.
Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, reclasses, and prepaid amortization.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in SAP and Hyperion.
Analyze budget vs. actual variances and explain key drivers.
Prepare month-end balance sheet account reconciliations.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Coordinate capital reporting for Corporate Functions.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
1+ year of experience using SAP and Hyperion.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
