Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain and operational processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and compliance. This role partners cross‑functionally across Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance, owns inventory control and cycle count processes, and serves as the organization’s
Power BI subject matter expert , supporting data-driven decision making through dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain and operational processes to identify improvement and cost‑saving opportunities
Lead and implement process improvements across materials management and inventory control
Own planning, execution, reconciliation, and reporting for cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Monitor and support daily, weekly, and monthly operations metrics
Serve as the primary Power BI expert, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, data models, and DAX measures
Perform ad hoc analysis using data from multiple systems and platforms
Train team members on cycle count processes, SAP transactions, and Power BI usage
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
Apply Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping techniques to improvement initiatives
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and cross‑functional stakeholder input
Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems, regulatory, and internal policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics analysis within a life sciences manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in
SAP
(MM, PP, QM) and ERP systems
Advanced experience with
Power BI
(dashboards, data modeling, DAX)
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
APICS / CPIM certification preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Continuous improvement mindset; warehouse/shipping experience a plus
