We are seeking a
Head of Assets, Operations and Corporate Leader
to provide senior‑level leadership across our asset management and solar operations portfolio. This role is accountable for the overall operational and financial performance of the business, with responsibility for a multi‑million P&L, and reports directly to the Executive Leader. The
Head of Assets, Operations and Corporate Leader
will operate as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strong financial results, operational discipline, and alignment with enterprise objectives. Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Asset Management and Solar organizations with full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, cash management, and growth initiatives. Provide oversight of operational execution, including field operations, asset performance, reliability, and service delivery. Maintain accountability for commercial performance, including sales reporting, backlog management, contract renewals, and customer relationship management, in coordination with executive leadership. Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, asset availability, cost control, scalability, and standardized processes. Partner effectively within a large, matrixed corporate environment, collaborating across finance, engineering, commercial, legal, and corporate functions. Serve as a trusted operating partner to senior leadership, translating strategic objectives into executable operating plans and measurable performance outcomes. Lead through influence and alignment, managing complex stakeholder relationships while ensuring accountability and results. Support the continued development and performance of solar and energy storage assets through disciplined asset management and O&M best practices. Qualifications
Significant experience in asset management and/or operations and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on solar assets; experience with energy storage is preferred. Demonstrated success managing large‑scale P&L responsibility within a structured corporate environment. Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and execution. Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence across multiple levels of leadership. Demonstrated leadership capability with a disciplined, results‑oriented approach.
