General Manager
Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business.
They oversee all aspects of running a Domino's store, leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.
Opportunities Qualified managers may opt into the Management Development Program—an internal franchise path that awards ownership opportunities to managers who have overseen a store for at least one year.
Additional career tracks include Trainer and Regional Manager positions.
Compensation Starting base hourly wage is $19.50, with bonuses and incentives tied to store profitability and overall performance.
Physical Requirements
Standing : Most tasks are performed while standing on tile or linoleum surfaces (36"–48" high workstations).
Walking : Frequent short‑distance travel between the store and the delivery vehicle, and from the vehicle to customers.
Sitting : Occasional paperwork completion at an office desk.
Lifting : Bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, lifted and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying : Small cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) from workstations to storage, large sauce cases (≈30 lb), and pizza dough trays (≈12 lb each) carried three at a time.
Pushing / Pulling : Trays on dollies (24–30" wide) require a pushing force up to 7.5 lb.
Climbing : Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for sign maintenance, wall cleaning, or equipment inspection.
Stooping / Bending : Forward bending at the pizza assembly station; duration 30–45 s at a time, repeated throughout the day.
Crouching / Squatting : Occasional, for stocking shelves or low‑area cleaning.
Reaching : Continuously above and below 72" when operating ovens, changing signs, or handling ingredients.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old with valid U.S. employment authorization.
At least one year of successful Domino's store management experience (preferred).
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Ability to work weekends and a minimum of five closing nights per week, including Friday‑Sunday.
Excellent interpersonal skills—work well with others, maintain a professional image, and address customer concerns.
Capable of training and developing team members, creating employee schedules, ordering products, and managing inventory.
Comfortable with high‑volume, fast‑paced environments and the ability to maintain excellent product standards.
Additional Information
Strong motivational and enthusiastic leadership style.
Ability to follow Domino's policies and answer all incoming calls promptly.
