Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in finding and retaining top talent for Noatum Logistics. They are responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, sourcing candidates for open positions, conducting recruitment processes, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and assisting in employee retention and development.

Duties And Responsibilities

Experience recruiting candidates at all levels from Senior Management to Warehouse staff.

Experience in direct search to attract passive candidates, develop sourcing strategies, social media, networks, employee referrals, resume mining, and other traditional and non‑traditional recruiting sources to fill open positions.

Proactively develop and execute the recruiting strategy for Noatum Logistics in the United States.

Manage LinkedIn recruiter account for the U.S., including posting openings in designated job slots, searching and contacting potential candidates, maintaining pool of qualified candidates as identified, and creating newsfeed posts to promote openings.

Phone screen applicants for managers to narrow the interview pool.

Provide recruiting/staffing expertise to other HR team members and hiring managers.

Research and recommend recruiting vendors as needed.

Manage Applicant Tracking System for the U.S., including monitoring requisition process, posting job openings on Noatum Logistics internal and external career sites, reviewing applications, referring qualified applicants to hiring managers as necessary, and closing requisitions as openings are filled.

Manage offer process, including creating offer letters, obtaining approvals, and monitoring offer presentation and acceptance. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and U.S. leadership as necessary.

Schedule and monitor pre‑employment screenings.

Collaborate with the Noatum Global People and Marketing and Communications teams to maintain and update the Noatum Logistics and LinkedIn career sites for the U.S.

Provide support as necessary for EEO reporting.

Establish external relationships with universities, professional associations, and diversity organizations to enhance Noatum Logistics’ employment branding.

Provide periodic training to hiring managers on best practices, interviewing techniques, and optimizing our applicant tracking system.

Work with hiring managers to understand and develop "ideal candidate" profiles. Develop competency‑based interview protocol as necessary. Manage the interviewing and offer process. Conduct regular follow‑up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Manage and participate in other special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Experience working in ATS.

College degree in related field of study or equivalent education and work experience.

5+ years progressive recruiting experience for all levels including senior‑level management positions.

Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.

Proficient in Direct Searching.

Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws.

Highly effective verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated organizational skills including ability to prioritize workload, delegate to others, and balance conflicting priorities and tasks.

Competency in PC, spreadsheets, and database applications (including Microsoft Office Suite).

Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate candidates' schedules.

Knowledge of HR best practices and measures.

Ability to travel as required (5-10%).

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual: English/Spanish.

Experience with ATS Oracle Fusion.

Experience supporting a multi‑site environment with multiple business units and managers.

Logistics or transportation industry experience in a recruiter or HR Generalist role.

Experience working in a Matrix organization.

SHRM-CP or PHR.

Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computers, calculators, and copiers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, handle, use hands to grasp, or feel and operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone keypad.
