Join KPMG US as our Director, Global Compensation Lead and lead the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs for over 2,000 secondees across KPMG International.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs for more than 2,000 secondees, aligning with member‑firm compensation principles and KPMGI business objectives.
Adapt compensation frameworks to align with global business objectives, member‑firm guidelines, local laws, industry standards, and market trends.
Collaborate closely with local HR and compensation teams to ensure consistent application of compensation principles and policies across global locations.
Work with the Finance Business Planning team to forecast, manage, and allocate the compensation budget while maintaining cost control.
Employ advanced analytics to evaluate global compensation trends and organizational requirements, providing data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum twelve years of recent experience in global compensation management, focusing on strategic planning, modelling, implementation, and transformation across multiple international markets.
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s in business, human resources, or related field required. Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., SuccessFactors), proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI.
Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices in a global professional services or similar complex organization.
Exceptional communication, change‑management, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
Superior consultative, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to think strategically and link action plans to critical business priorities.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG does not sponsor U.S. work visas for this opportunity.
