Audit Senior/Manager
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Audit Senior or Manager to join our growing public accounting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of auditing processes, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion
Review and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Conduct audit procedures and assess the effectiveness of internal controls
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with high‑quality service
Mentor and train junior staff on audit processes and best practices
Identify audit issues and propose actionable solutions to clients
Stay updated with industry regulations and changes in accounting standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in audit
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
