Audit Senior/Manager
We are seeking a skilled Audit Senior/Manager to join our team, responsible for leading audit engagements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and audit processes, demonstrating proficiency in preparation, review, and assurance services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Review and prepare financial statements and audit reports
Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks
Supervise and mentor junior staff throughout the audit process
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments and adherence to deadlines
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices, implementing necessary changes to audit processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in audit
Strong knowledge of audit standards, practices, and regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
