We are working with two Am Law 75 firms seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Chicago office, one for a candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience and the other for a candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience.
Job Overview The more senior role requires significant employment litigation experience, primarily running cases, handling depositions, and providing oversight. Primary industries for this role include Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation.
The second role requires 2–3 years of employment, commercial, and/or other complex litigation experience, preferably with trade secret and restrictive covenant matters (including TROs and preliminary injunctions). This role offers opportunities to draft pleadings and briefs, participate in expedited restrictive covenant and trade secret proceedings, support labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions, interview witnesses, and draft investigation reports.

Qualifications
Associate level, full‑time position.

Experience with trade secret and restrictive covenant matters preferred.
Strong drafting, litigation, and strategic skills.
