Location: Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
Schedule: Full-time
COMPENSATION (COMPETITIVE & PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN) Base Pay: Based on experience in leadership, sales, and social media
Based on:
Retail performance
Rebooking %
Membership program development and conversions
Monthly revenue targets
Team performance
Content contributions that drive bookings
Retail Commission:
10% personal retail commission
Additional team retail coaching bonus opportunities
