Overview
Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you will shape our guest experience through coaching your team to deliver the best to every guest, every time. You will drive high performance sales while maintaining operational excellence and mentor your Assistant General Manager to lead at Victra. Responsibilities
Build, develop, and mentor your sales team. Coach and follow the sales process with every guest, every time. Attract and retain top caliber employees. Advocate for Victra and provide ongoing sales training to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services across the store. Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives. Maintain store performance by running retail inventory compliance. Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports. Think of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on existing customer base. Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work‑related needs, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions. Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolution. Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow‑up. Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure guests have a complete solution to meet their current and future needs. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Management experience in a commissions‑based sales environment. Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment. Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high‑performing team. Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Benefits
