Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Boston, MA
This full‑time speech‑language pathology opportunity in the Boston, MA area offers a dynamic school‑based role within a K‑12 setting. There are two openings covering leaves of absence: one maternity and one medical. The position requires onsite work due to caseload demands and is 32.5 hours per week. Part‑time candidates will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and write detailed reports
Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students
Collaborate on Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, goal setting, and ongoing documentation
Provide consultations and maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and school staff
Qualifications
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech‑language pathology
Active SLP licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Previous school‑based SLP experience is essential
Ability to complete CORI background check and fingerprints as required by Massachusetts regulations
This contract position begins immediately with an open‑ended duration tied to the leave coverage. Candidates should be able to start as soon as possible and commit to working onsite. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
Compensation ranges from $42.13 to $62.13 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
