School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts
A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students within a public school setting in Lynn, MA, for the 2025-26 school year. This contract position runs from January 21, 2026 through June 22, 2026, with approximately 30 hours per week. The caseload will be determined following candidate interviews.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans
Qualifications
Valid State of Massachusetts licensure or certification for School-Based SLP services
Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in-person onsite is required
Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
Consideration may be given to a strong Clinical Fellow (CF)

Compensation and Benefits Compensation ranges from $42.13 to $62.13 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
