Great growth opportunity for a Tax Manager/Senior Manager with public accounting experience to join a leading CPA firm in the area. The Tax Manager will provide assistance and guidance to individuals and businesses in basic tax management, accounting services and financial services. This position will be on the path to becoming an equity partner with the firm.
Base pay range $120,000 - $160,000 per year
Responsibilities The Tax Manager will provide assistance and guidance to individuals and businesses in basic tax management, accounting services, and financial services. The role includes preparing and reviewing tax returns, managing client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s growth and eventual equity partnership path.
Qualifications
CPA/EA required
8+ years of public accounting experience
Experience in individual, partnership, and corporate tax
Ability to review returns and prepare returns
Highly organized with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
The Tax Manager position offers a competitive salary based on experience level, benefits package, and flexible work hours during the off season. There is a path to equity partner.
