What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes

Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and showcase product value

Lead evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations to meet customer needs

Create and deliver impactful technical presentations to clients and prospects

Liaise with product marketing to produce support materials and stay updated on competitive solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications

Proven pre-sales experience supporting sales of enterprise storage or networking solutions

Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing architectures

Familiarity with modern web architecture, including LAMP stack and cloud frameworks

Strong knowledge of current storage architectures and systems, including Linux and NFS file systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling into the Department of Defense (DoD)

Background in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients

Knowledge of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture and provisioning automation

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and microservices architectures

Curiosity and passion for explaining new technology platforms to customers
