Maximize the value of this fast-growing real estate company and boost tenant and stakeholder morale in this Commercial Property Manager role! Utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be responsible for providing efficient and timely communication with tenants and working closely with vendors and contractors to keep the properties running smoothly. Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail will be crucial in this role, as you conduct advanced financial analysis for annual outlooks, oversee the daily operations of your portfolio, and ensure all parties are following all lease requirements. The team is looking for someone with a strong understanding of real estate accounting, an ability to comprehend and interpret complex documents, and someone with a collaborative spirit. This position is 100% on‑site, both in their downtown office and various properties within your portfolio around downtown and the Pearl District. Your New Organization:
