Job Overview We are seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused Field Operator to support our robotic unloading and palletizing systems in real‑world warehouse environments. This role involves operating robotic systems, providing on‑site technical support, and maintaining strong communication with customers. You will be the face of our company on the ground, ensuring reliable operation and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor robotic unloading and palletizing systems on‑site
Perform basic maintenance and support daily system readiness
Troubleshoot and resolve electro‑mechanical issues in real time
Interface directly with customers, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication
Document activities and system performance through detailed field reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments
Strong troubleshooting skills for electro‑mechanical systems
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Open to travel
Able to work and commute daily on‑site in Woodland, CA at customer warehouse
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical systems (professional or personal projects such as PC builds, automotive work, etc.)
Prior experience in a customer‑facing or field service role
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or higher in a technical field
Experience in automation, robotics, or warehouse operations
Experience in a customer‑facing role is a plus
Experience with deploying robots is a plus
