Job Description Job Description HVAC Technician – Residential & Commercial Company: Bell Mechanical Services About the Job: Bell Mechanical Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations for both residential and commercial customers. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can troubleshoot a wide variety of HVAC systems. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems Diagnose and fix electronic and mechanical components Ensure equipment is clean, efficient, and operating safely Travel to job sites within the service area and maintain communication with dispatch Rotate on-call shifts for nights/weekends as scheduled Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment Deliver excellent customer service and generate invoices when needed Ongoing weekly training Qualifications: Experience in the phone application XOi preferred Passing background check and drug screen Clean driving record is a MUST (We provide truck/van) High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred 3 years of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience preferred EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) required; NATE certification a plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces and all weather conditions Why Join Us: Competitive pay Company vehicle provided for job use Ongoing training and career development Opportunities to work on both residential and commercial projects 401(k) - company match Cover all employees with short term disability
