Pre-Kindergarten Classroom Teacher

Description: Who we are Seeking Premier Charter School is seeking a dynamic Pre-Kindergarten teacher starting in January 2026 for the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to open a new pre-kindergarten room as we have a waitlist of families waiting to join our nationally recognized school. We offer a $60,000 starting salary (pro-rated for the school year), amazing benefits, and a wonderful culture. This teacher will likely co-teach with another pre-kindergarten teacher. If a co-teacher is not hired, then this teacher will have an assistant. This teacher will also have a team of Pre-K teachers they will be able to collaborate with, as we currently have 3 Pre-K classrooms with 6 certified teachers. Potential candidates must demonstrate an ability to create safe, positive classroom environments for learning and personal growth. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote cognitive, social, and emotional development - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration - Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and collaborating with colleagues to support individual needs - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to encourage a collaborative community - Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, development, and assessments Skills and Qualifications: - Valid teaching certification - Meaningful experience working with preschool-aged children - Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities - Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment Join our dedicated team committed to fostering a love of learning in young children.
