Description: Who we are Seeking Premier Charter School is seeking a dynamic Pre-Kindergarten teacher starting in January 2026 for the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to open a new pre-kindergarten room as we have a waitlist of families waiting to join our nationally recognized school. We offer a $60,000 starting salary (pro-rated for the school year), amazing benefits, and a wonderful culture. This teacher will likely co-teach with another pre-kindergarten teacher. If a co-teacher is not hired, then this teacher will have an assistant. This teacher will also have a team of Pre-K teachers they will be able to collaborate with, as we currently have 3 Pre-K classrooms with 6 certified teachers. Potential candidates must demonstrate an ability to create safe, positive classroom environments for learning and personal growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the early learning experiences of young children, fostering their development in a nurturing and engaging environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote cognitive, social, and emotional development - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration - Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and collaborating with colleagues to support individual needs - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to encourage a collaborative community - Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, development, and assessments Skills and Qualifications: - Valid teaching certification - Meaningful experience working with preschool-aged children - Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities - Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment Join our dedicated team committed to fostering a love of learning in young children.
