Role Overview One of the fastest-growing startups in Construction Tech is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer in San Francisco. They’re just 20 people today, but already cash‑flow positive, scaling quickly, and backed by top‑tier investors. Their platform connects legacy ERPs to modern systems through a proprietary API and intuitive UI, helping both construction firms and software companies unlock efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and demos with prospective customers
Own onboarding, configuration, training, and adoption end-to-end
Manage 5–10 concurrent, complex implementations
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering
Build repeatable processes and automation to scale growth
You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the go‑to‑market function.
Qualifications
1–6 years in Customer Solutions, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, or Technical Implementation
Background with ERP or API‑heavy SaaS tools
Bonus: experience in ConTech or consulting‑style implementations
