Role Description
The Executive Assistant serves as the CEOs right hand, providing elevated administrative, operational, and strategic support across all facets of ONYX + ALABASTER. This role protects the CEOs time, ensures priorities move forward, and upholds the brands standard of excellence with discernment, professionalism, and grace.
Manage and optimize the CEOs daily schedule, appointments, and travel to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary gatekeeperfiltering communication, prioritizing requests, and safeguarding focus on highimpact initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, and followups to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Support crossdepartment coordination, keeping the CEO informed through clear summaries, project overviews, and timely updates.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and unwavering integrity.
- Assist with special projects, events, vendor coordination, and company communications as assigned.
- Represent the CEO with polished, professional correspondence and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- 35 years EA experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and professionalism in both verbal and written correspondence
- Technology proficiency, including experience with Mac, scheduling tools, and a variety of software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and taking initiative, and efficiencyminded
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience preferred
- Highly fashionable, professional, and wellpoised is a plus
