We are looking for a high volume Recruiter to support our Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada. As a Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience. About the Team

By focusing on exceptional candidate cultivation, experiences, and an equitable process, we ensure that every interaction moves us all forward. What Youll Do Partner with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g., hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email). Proactively assess recruitment performance (e.g., offers report, time in stage, conversion rates). Closely align with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process. Understand candidate's skill-set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the teams goals. Partner with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g., knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.).
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field. Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders. Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System. 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
