Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy of counts and quality.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Prepare packages for shipping, applying labels and documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Properly use and maintain all equipment and PPE provided.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our overall logistics and supply chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
