Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet standards before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE .
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment process.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory control is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, standing environment for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
