Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements is essential. Proven ability to develop and implement inventory control strategies. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and accurate cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Develop, implement, and refine inventory control procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status, identifying potential shortages or overages.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee the accuracy of receiving and put-away processes.
- Manage product rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to align inventory strategies with operational demands.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, accuracy, and related key performance indicators (KPIs).
