Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona! This is a vital role in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and meticulously packing them for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanning device.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
• Properly use required PPE , such as gloves and safety glasses.
• Support the overall Logistics operations by completing tasks accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and order information.
• Proficiency in basic math for inventory checks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
• Capability of Lifting up to 30-40 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
