Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items, including product codes and quantities.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and organizing for carrier pickup.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely to move inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or stock issues to supervisors.
- Wear and properly utilize all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our order fulfillment logistics.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as receiving or put-away.
- Involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
