Responsibilities include: Accurately picking items from assigned warehouse locations based on order details. Verifying the accuracy of picked items and quantities against order requirements. Packing items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection. Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch. Conducting quality control checks to confirm order accuracy. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Following all company safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed. Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts. Contributing to team efforts to meet daily picking and packing goals within our logistics operations.

Requirements:
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and RF scanner prompts.
- Capacity for sustained physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of safety procedures, including proper PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
