Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched with speed and precision. This role is key to our logistics success and requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety. We offer a collaborative and fast-paced work environment. Your duties will encompass:

• Picking products from inventory according to customer order specifications.
• Packing items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Verifying order accuracy and product details before packing and shipping.
• Processing shipments using our shipping software and equipment.
• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace and contributing to overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Strictly adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Participating in inventory cycle counts and stock management tasks.
• Communicating any order fulfillment issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Meeting individual and team productivity goals.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

This role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and moderate lifting, typically up to 40 pounds. Experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is beneficial.
