Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free from damage before packing.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment, selecting suitable packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Understand and follow instructions for order processing.
- Ensure accuracy in all tasks to minimize errors.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Be prepared for regular Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
