High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a significant advantage. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Must be capable of performing regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must prioritize Safety and adhere to all established guidelines, including wearing required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Verify order details, product information, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment, utilizing various packing materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and documentation.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
- Apply proper Lifting techniques to safely handle merchandise of varying sizes and weights.
- Support overall logistics operations by assisting with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
