Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Train employees on warehouse best practices and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in safety regulations and procedures.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
