Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Implement and enforce all company Safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Must be able to provide direction and guidance related to tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Mandate the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to upholding the highest Safety standards.
- Ability to perform tasks that may require moderate Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
