Job Summary:

As an Order Picker, you will use electronic devices or pick lists to accurately gather items from various locations within the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to guide picking process.
- Ensure picked items match order requirements for quantity and type.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate PPE and practice safe Lifting techniques.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Meet established picking productivity standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and item numbers.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
