Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm picked items.
- Verify picked items against order details to maintain accuracy.
- Consolidate and stage picked items for subsequent packing and shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the logistics team.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records through precise picking.
- Handle items requiring frequent lifting, up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to remain active, standing and walking, for the entire shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures is a plus.
