Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Perform regular Lifting of boxes and products, up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse/logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing frequent Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
