Order Picker

Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska! This role is essential for our warehouse operations, focusing on accurately retrieving products to fulfill customer orders. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating the warehouse efficiently and selecting the correct items with precision. Your contribution directly impacts our logistics and customer satisfaction. We prioritize employee well-being and ensure a safe work environment, providing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations according to pick lists or RF scanner.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
• Stage picked orders for the packing and shipping departments.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Safety guidelines.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Adhere to all company policies, including strict compliance with Safety procedures.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues immediately.
• Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
• Willingness to follow all Safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
