Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing all outgoing shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Verifying shipment contents against orders and packing lists.
- Coordinating with freight carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Ensuring all shipments are properly labeled and packaged for safe transit.
- Auditing shipping charges and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate shipping records and documentation.
- Communicating with internal departments and external customers regarding shipping status.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Performing quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.
