Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations by accurately retrieving items from inventory to fulfill customer orders. Previous experience in a warehouse setting, specifically as an Order Picker, is advantageous. Must be able to perform tasks involving significant physical activity, including frequent bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 pounds. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of warehouse Safety practices is essential. Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements. Good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Logistics operations is a plus. Reliable and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track picked items and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Verify picked items against order forms to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other lifting devices as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Contribute to achieving daily picking targets and overall warehouse productivity goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Logistics team.
