Order Picker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Locate and pick items from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picked items.
• Verify item numbers and quantities against order details.
• Package selected items securely for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
• Meet productivity goals for order picking.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Work cooperatively with team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is advantageous.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must have the strength for frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with scanning technology is helpful.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
