As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order details and product information before packing.
- Utilize scanning equipment and inventory management systems to track orders.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall Logistics operations.
- Report any stock discrepancies or potential issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or fulfillment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to performance.
