Job Summary:
Become a key player in our fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate in San Jose, California. This fast-paced role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will work with a diverse range of products, ensuring that each order is meticulously assembled and meets our high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include utilizing hand-held scanners to track inventory, locating items within the warehouse, and ensuring correct quantities are packed. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and the physical ability to handle consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We prioritize a safe working environment, so adherence to all Safety procedures and the consistent use of required PPE is non-negotiable. As part of our Logistics team, your efficiency directly impacts customer satisfaction and delivery timelines. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
  • Label packages according to shipping carrier requirements.
  • Process returns and restock merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as required by the job function.
  • Support the overall Logistics and inventory management functions.
  • Regularly involved in Lifting and moving products.
