Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment lists and system data.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and securely for transit, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Follow all established company Safety procedures and protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards for picking and packing.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Safety standards.
