Picker/Packer

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items based on order specifications, using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Verify product details and quantities before packing.
• Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
• Label packages accurately for shipping.
• Stage packed orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Use required PPE at all times and follow all safety procedures.
• Participate in inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Operate hand trucks and other equipment safely.
• Meet established productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting items up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of workplace safety and the importance of PPE.
• Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics setting is beneficial.
