Picker/Packer

You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse locations and carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
• Inspect picked items for quality and correctness.
• Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
• Label packages with correct shipping information.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workstation.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
• Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Utilize scanning devices and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Meet individual and team performance goals for picking and packing.
• Support overall warehouse operations and contribute to efficient logistics .

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse picking/packing role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to wear required PPE .
• Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
